With a processing time of 10–14 seconds, ORANGEMONKEY Hoof Glue offers enough time to position the block correctly while still curing quickly. The glue reaches full load capacity within approximately 90 seconds, ensuring a secure and durable bond.
The neon orange color makes the glue easy to recognize during application and helps ensure correct coverage and layer thickness. Produced without carcinogens, this glue is safe for both the user and the animal and is suitable for professional hoof care.
This two-component hoof glue is suitable for wooden, rubber, and polyurethane (PU) blocks and provides a strong and consistent bond in daily hoof trimming practice.
WARNING!
The application temperature of ORANGEMONKEY Hoof Glue is between -10°C – +30 °C.
This refers to the temperature of the glue, not the outside temperature.
Therefore:
- Do NOT put this glue in a heating box!
- Do NOT use a heating gun on the claw or the glue, but make sure the claw is clean and dry!
- Storage temperature for this glue – 10°C – +23°C!
- If the outside temperature reaches +23°C, use a cooling box for the glue.
Not following above regulations may lead to blocks falling off early.
How to use OrangeMonkey Hoof Glue
- Place the cartridge in the correct dosing gun (CowCare standard or electric gun).
- Remove the sealing cap and squeeze out a small amount of glue to ensure both components flow evenly and no air is present.
- Attach the mixing tip and secure it with the sealing ring.
- Apply the glue to a dry wooden, PU, or rubber block or to the dry hoof, ensuring a glue layer of approximately 3 mm thickness.
- Firmly press the block onto the hoof (keep the 3 mm thickness). This step must be completed within the 10–14 second processing time.
- Hold the block in place for approximately 90 seconds until the glue is fully hardened.
